Chocolate Covered Oreo
Cookie Cake Recipe

From: "Kraft Kitchen Recipes" but with a little twist

This particular is absolutely delicious, but will go straight to the hips though. It does make a great dessert at parties, due to it looking like a giant Oreo.

  2. Microwave chocolate and butter in small microwaveable bowl on High 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip and crushed cookies. Stack cake layers on plate, spreading cream cheese mixture between layers. Spread top with chocolate glaze; let stand until firm. Keep refrigerated.

Cooking Notes

If the chocolate glaze becomes too thick, microwave again for 20 to 30 seconds, til desired consistency is reached.
